SPORTSCONNECT LINK
Coach Registration, Platform Use & Professional Conduct Agreement
1. Purpose and acceptance
This Agreement governs the registration, participation and conduct of individuals using SportsConnect Link in the capacity of a Coach.
By selecting “I Agree” and submitting a Coach registration, the applicant confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, are legally competent to enter into it, and agree to comply with its provisions and the applicable Privacy Policy.
Registration constitutes an application to participate in the platform. It does not guarantee verification, approval, access to particular platform features, sponsorship opportunities or financial benefits.
2. Role of SportsConnect Link
SCL operates a digital platform intended to facilitate sporting profiles, professional relationships, athlete development, discovery and structured sponsorship-related opportunities.
SCL may provide registration, identity and credential review workflows, profile visibility, communication features, relationship records, notifications, campaign coordination and other approved platform services.
SCL does not, solely by allowing registration:
Any SCL verification status represents completion of specified platform checks, not a guarantee of professional competence or personal safety.
3. Coach eligibility and information accuracy
The Coach agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information, including their identity, contact details, sporting discipline, qualifications, experience, affiliations and other requested profile information.
The Coach must not misrepresent certifications, coaching achievements, employment, institutional affiliation or authority to act for an athlete or organization.
The Coach agrees to update materially changed information promptly and provide supporting documentation when reasonably requested.
SCL may request corrections, conduct appropriate verification, restrict visibility, decline registration or suspend access where information is incomplete, inconsistent or materially misleading.
4. Professional responsibilities and conduct
The Coach is independently responsible for:
Where a Coach works with a minor, the Coach must obtain all legally required parental or guardian consents and comply with applicable child-protection and safeguarding obligations.
A Coach must not assume that registration on SCL authorizes them to act as an athlete’s legal representative or to consent to sponsorship, financial or other binding arrangements on the athlete’s behalf.
5. Athlete and organization relationships
The Coach may identify or request associations with athletes and Sports Organizations through approved platform functionality.
A claimed association does not automatically establish authority, endorsement or consent. SCL may require confirmation from the relevant athlete, parent or guardian, or organization, as appropriate.
The Coach must not create false relationships, access an athlete’s restricted information without authorization, or use platform information beyond the purpose for which access was granted.
The Coach remains responsible for resolving any independent contractual, employment or professional obligations owed to an organization or athlete.
6. Platform integrity and non-circumvention
The Coach agrees not to misuse SCL to bypass its approved processes.
Where a sponsorship opportunity, campaign, commercial introduction or related transaction originates through SCL, the Coach must not knowingly divert that opportunity off-platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable SCL fees, commissions, approvals, campaign records or payment controls.
The Coach must not encourage an athlete, sponsor or organization to misrepresent the origin of an SCL-facilitated opportunity, conceal material transaction terms or substitute undisclosed arrangements intended to defeat SCL’s applicable contractual rights.
This restriction applies only to identifiable platform-originated opportunities and obligations. It does not prohibit lawful pre-existing relationships, independently sourced opportunities or ordinary professional coaching activities that do not involve misuse of SCL’s confidential information or avoidance of an existing SCL transaction obligation.
Any transaction-specific restriction, fee or commission must be disclosed through the applicable approved commercial terms. This Agreement does not itself create an undisclosed Coach commission or platform fee.
7. Sponsorship, grants and financial activities
A Coach may participate in platform opportunities only to the extent permitted by the applicable role permissions and approved programme rules.
A Coach must not promise sponsorship, guarantee funding, collect campaign funds on SCL’s behalf or represent that they have authority to release escrow or approve a financial settlement.
Any Coach-related grant, reimbursement, referral incentive or other financial benefit is subject to separately published eligibility criteria, required approvals, applicable taxes and recorded transactions.
SCL may withhold or review a payment where legally required or where a documented eligibility, fraud or compliance concern exists, subject to applicable law and the relevant programme terms.
8. Privacy, confidentiality and platform information
The Coach agrees to access and use personal information only for authorized sporting and platform purposes.
The Coach must not sell, scrape, disclose, export or commercially exploit athlete, sponsor or organization information obtained through SCL without a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.
The Coach must protect account credentials, report suspected unauthorized access promptly and comply with SCL’s published Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Confidential business, campaign and participant information must not be disclosed except where authorized, legally required or necessary for an approved transaction.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Coach retains ownership of original material they lawfully contribute, subject to third-party rights.
The Coach grants SCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display submitted profile content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform and its approved services, subject to privacy settings and applicable law.
The Coach must have the necessary rights and permissions for photographs, certificates, athlete images, videos, testimonials and other uploaded material.
SCL’s name, logos, software and platform materials remain the property of SCL or their respective owners. Registration does not grant permission to imply an official endorsement or partnership.
10. Account review, suspension and termination
SCL may review, restrict, suspend or terminate a Coach account for material breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, safeguarding concerns, misuse of personal information, serious misconduct, unlawful activity or other objectively justified platform-security reasons.
Where reasonably practicable and lawful, SCL will provide notice and an opportunity to respond or correct an issue. Immediate restriction may be appropriate where participant safety, evidence preservation or platform integrity is at risk.
Termination does not extinguish accrued payment obligations, lawful confidentiality duties, pending disputes or obligations arising from transactions already entered into.
11. Allocation of responsibility and liability
The Coach is responsible for their own professional conduct, representations, coaching services and breaches of this Agreement.
SCL remains responsible for its own contractual commitments, platform operations and obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from SCL’s own fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, SCL does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, particular sponsorship results or the independent conduct of other users.
The Coach agrees to indemnify SCL against reasonable third-party losses, claims and expenses arising directly from the Coach’s unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by SCL’s own wrongful conduct.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
The Coach should first raise platform-related complaints through SCL’s published support or grievance channel.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve contractual disputes through written discussion before commencing formal proceedings, without restricting any statutory remedy or urgent legal relief.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, shall have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to this Agreement
SCL may update this Agreement for legal, security, operational or platform changes. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice mechanism and, where required, fresh acceptance will be obtained.
Changes will not retroactively alter already agreed commercial terms unless legally permitted and appropriately agreed.
SPORTSCONNECT LINK
Sports Organization Registration, Platform Use & Institutional Responsibility Agreement
1. Purpose and acceptance
This Agreement governs registration and participation on SportsConnect Link by sports academies, clubs, associations, federations, training institutions and other eligible sporting organizations.
By accepting this Agreement, the person submitting registration represents that they have the authority to act for and bind the named organization.
If the applicant lacks such authority, they must not submit registration on behalf of that organization.
Acceptance constitutes an application for platform participation, not automatic verification, institutional accreditation, funding eligibility or endorsement by SCL.
2. Role and responsibilities of SportsConnect Link
SCL provides a technology platform intended to connect athletes, sponsors, Coaches and Sports Organizations through structured profiles, authorized relationships and approved sporting or sponsorship opportunities.
Depending on approved features and eligibility, SCL may provide:
SCL does not, solely by accepting an organization onto the platform:
Any verification badge indicates completion of defined SCL checks and does not constitute a comprehensive audit or guarantee of institutional safety, compliance or quality.
3. Institutional eligibility and authorized representation
The organization agrees to provide accurate and complete information concerning its legal or operating identity, category, address, contact details, authorized representative, sporting activities, relevant affiliations and other requested particulars.
The organization must ensure that:
SCL may request reasonable supporting evidence and may decline, restrict or suspend registration where material information cannot be verified or appears misleading.
4. Independent operational responsibility
The organization retains full responsibility for its independent operations, including:
The organization must not represent SCL as assuming any of these operational responsibilities unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
5. Athlete safeguarding, consent and representation
The organization must respect each athlete’s legal rights, autonomy, privacy and informed consent.
An organization’s association with an athlete on SCL does not automatically establish ownership of the athlete’s profile, authority over sponsorship decisions or permission to disclose restricted personal information.
Where an athlete is a minor, the organization must comply with applicable child-protection obligations and obtain the legally required parent or guardian authorizations.
The organization must not create or approve athlete relationships, publish athlete media, share personal information or accept binding commitments on an athlete’s behalf without the required authority and consent.
SCL may require athlete confirmation or other appropriate evidence before making an association active.
6. Coach relationships and accountability
The organization may nominate or associate Coaches using the platform’s approved relationship-management features.
It is responsible for accurately identifying its authorized Coaches and promptly updating or withdrawing associations when a Coach leaves, changes responsibilities or loses authorization.
A Coach’s platform account remains subject to that Coach’s separate registration agreement.
An organizational association does not automatically grant the organization access to a Coach’s private banking information, protected identity documents or unrelated personal data.
The organization is responsible for its own employees, agents and representatives when acting within their organizational authority, subject to applicable law. Independently registered Coaches remain responsible for their own separate conduct and commitments.
7. Platform integrity and non-circumvention
The organization agrees to participate in good faith and not misuse SCL to bypass its approved commercial, consent, verification or financial controls.
For identifiable sponsorship introductions, campaigns or commercial opportunities originating through SCL, the organization must not knowingly move or conceal the transaction outside SCL for the purpose of avoiding applicable SCL commissions, fees, approvals, records or other agreed transaction obligations.
The organization must not instruct or encourage an athlete, Coach, sponsor, employee or representative to misstate the source of a platform-originated opportunity or structure an undisclosed substitute transaction intended to defeat SCL’s contractual rights.
This provision does not restrict legitimate pre-existing sponsorship arrangements, independently developed relationships or unrelated commercial activities where there is no misuse of SCL information or evasion of an existing SCL transaction obligation.
Specific transaction fees, commissions, durations and payment conditions must be governed by the applicable approved commercial terms. No undisclosed fee arises merely from organizational registration.
8. Sponsorship, grants and financial controls
The organization must not promise or guarantee that SCL will provide sponsorship, grants or funding.
Unless expressly authorized under an approved SCL workflow, the organization may not:
Any grant, reimbursement, incentive or other payment involving the organization is subject to applicable programme eligibility, verification, approved terms, accounting records and legal requirements.
SCL’s operational review and final high-risk financial approvals remain subject to its defined separation-of-duties controls.
9. Privacy, confidentiality and data protection
The organization agrees to process information obtained through SCL only for authorized, lawful and disclosed purposes.
It must maintain appropriate access controls for its staff and representatives, prevent unauthorized disclosure, and comply with applicable data-protection and confidentiality obligations.
The organization must not scrape, resell, publish, export or exploit platform participant information for unrelated commercial purposes.
Where it independently collects or processes athlete, Coach or other personal information, the organization remains responsible for its own legal obligations relating to that processing.
SCL remains responsible for its own data-processing activities under applicable law and its published Privacy Policy.
10. Content, branding and intellectual property
The organization retains ownership of its lawful original content and institutional marks.
It grants SCL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce and display submitted organizational content as reasonably necessary to provide and promote approved platform services, subject to applicable law and privacy settings.
The organization warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to submit photographs, athlete testimonials, videos, institutional logos and other materials.
The organization must not use SCL branding to imply accreditation, an exclusive partnership or an official endorsement without prior written authorization.
11. Conflicts of interest and fair participation
The organization must disclose material conflicts of interest where required by an applicable platform workflow.
It must not manipulate athlete profiles, fabricate achievements, create false Coach affiliations, submit misleading evidence or interfere with independent verification and financial approvals.
Where the organization has an existing contractual relationship with an athlete, Coach or sponsor, it remains responsible for ensuring that participation on SCL does not violate lawful obligations to those parties.
12. Account security, review and termination
The organization must maintain secure access to its account, assign authorized users appropriately and promptly revoke access when personnel leave or lose authority.
SCL may review, restrict, suspend or terminate participation for material contractual breach, suspected fraud, safeguarding concerns, misuse of personal information, false institutional claims, unlawful conduct or objectively justified platform-security reasons.
Where reasonably practicable and lawful, SCL will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. Immediate restrictions may be imposed where necessary to protect participants, funds, evidence or platform security.
Termination does not erase accrued contractual obligations, valid transaction records or applicable legal duties.
13. Allocation of responsibility and liability
The organization remains responsible for its own operations, personnel, premises, representations, legal compliance and institutional commitments.
SCL remains responsible for its own contractual commitments, platform operations and duties imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from SCL’s own fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, SCL does not guarantee the availability of sponsorship, institutional growth, athlete success or the conduct of independent platform participants.
The organization agrees to indemnify SCL against reasonable third-party claims, losses and expenses arising directly from its unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by SCL’s own wrongful conduct.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
The organization may raise platform-related complaints through SCL’s published support or grievance channel.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve contractual disputes through written discussion, without limiting statutory remedies or access to urgent legal relief.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, shall have jurisdiction.
15. Agreement updates
SCL may revise this Agreement for legal, security, operational or platform-related reasons.
Material revisions will be communicated through a reasonable notice mechanism and, where legally required, the organization will be asked to provide renewed acceptance.
Previously agreed commercial terms will not be changed retroactively except as legally permitted and appropriately agreed.
